Leadership Program: Create a Thriving Culture

Leadership in Culture Change

You want to be strong leaders, achieve results, and at the same time build a healthy and inspiring organizational culture. But let’s be honest — there are plenty of obstacles along the way: reactive mindsets, high workloads, the constant rush of daily operations, high turnover, and a challenging labor market.

So how do you deal with all that?
Join our leadership program.

Your Influence as a Leader

As leaders, you play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture. You are role models, and your behavior, decisions, and communication directly impact how the organization functions.

When you promote a culture of trust and openness, employees feel safe to speak up and take initiative.
But when leadership becomes authoritarian or overly controlling, people hold back. Creativity declines, fear of making mistakes increases, and real progress stalls.

A Guide Through Change

As a leader, it can be challenging to know exactly what to do differently to encourage the right behaviors. The good news? You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here to help.

We understand that change isn’t easy, not for you, and not for others in your organization.
That’s why our no-nonsense approach is built on best practices from over 130 organizations we’ve supported in recent years. We’ve worked across nearly every sector and bring deep experience in coaching and leadership development. We skip the management buzzwords and focus on what really works. We’re clear, to the point, and we like to keep things light when we can.

Two important Pillars in our leadershop program:

– Pillar 1 focuses on you as a leader — developing your personal leadership skills.
– Pillar 2 focuses on building a strong, positive organizational culture.

Pillar 1: Strengthening Your Leadership

We take a close look at your leadership style and address topics such as communication, team building, time management, conflict resolution, and more. A key focus is setting the right tone at the top.

We regularly create moments for learning, reflection, and alignment — ensuring your management team stays closely connected to what’s happening within the organization and knows how to respond effectively.

Pillar 2: A Healthy Organizational Culture

Pillar 2 focuses on creating a strong and positive organizational culture using the Atomic Culture Canvas — a framework built around 12 powerful structures or “levers” you can adjust.

These structures shape the desired culture and behaviors within the organization. From leadership and meeting formats to communication practices and KPIs, we address all key drivers of behavior.

Supporting your cultural Change

Strong leadership is essential for lasting organizational change. Yet leadership often falls out of sync with the ambitions for change — not due to a lack of will, but because existing leadership behavior fits the current culture and unintentionally reinforces it.

We strengthen leadership impact by creating insight into behavior, structure, and team dynamics. This is not a standard training — it’s a practical, behavior-focused approach that truly reinforces cultural transformation.

Our programs are designed for leaders and management teams in organizations with at least 50 employees and typically run for 6 to 12 months. Interested? Email us at info@aaim.nl.
