1. TAKE SMALL STEPS

Instead of large, complex, and radical changes, we focus on many small, incremental adjustments. This approach works better because people are more likely to agree to something small—especially when they are invited to contribute their ideas.

2. CULTURE FOLLOWS STRUCTURE

Behavior is shaped by the environment in which people work. By aligning structures—such as processes, systems, rituals, explicit collaboration principles, leadership focus, and HR practices—with the desired culture, you naturally influence how people behave and, therefore, the culture itself.

Through our research, we reveal how your organizational culture influences performance, employee well-being, and overall satisfaction.
We start by uncovering both the current and desired culture, observable behaviors, and the underlying values. In addition, we explore any existing “change ambition” and, importantly, every study results in a pragmatic action plan. Below, we highlight two key features of our research approach.

Broad support is essential for meaningful research. That’s why we engage as many employees as possible in an interactive and accessible way.

By involving everyone in reflecting on both the current and desired culture, we increase engagement and the willingness to contribute to the next steps.

2) Clarity

In our culture research, we map both the current and the desired culture. This allows us to determine whether change is truly necessary — and what it should ideally look like.

Our research delivers more than just insight; it results in a concrete action plan to support meaningful change. we go far beyond a standard employee engagement survey.

Leading Change

Strong leadership is essential for lasting organizational change. Yet leadership often falls out of sync with the ambitions for change — not due to a lack of will, but because existing leadership behavior fits the current culture and unintentionally reinforces it.

We strengthen leadership impact by creating insight into behavior, structure, and team dynamics. This is not a standard training — it’s a practical, behavior-focused approach that truly reinforces cultural transformation.
